VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS None. CONSENT ITEMS (TO BE ACTED UPON BY A SINGLE MOTION) 1. Approval of Minutes – June 28, 2017 MOTION: Motion by Committee Member Matthew Hudes to approve the consent calendar. Seconded by Committee Member Thomas O’Donnell. VOTE: Motion passed 4-0-1, Chair Leonard Pacheco abstain. PUBLIC HEARINGS 2. 430 Los Gatos Boulevard Minor Residential Development Application MR-17-008 Requesting a recommendation for a minor development on a pre-1941 single-family residence on property zoned R-1:8. APN 532-07-061. PROPERTY OWNER: Kelly and Kyle Petrich APPLICANT: Clayton Nelson PROJECT PLANNER: Azhar Khan Opened and closed Public Comment. MOTION: Motion by Committee Member Thomas O’Donnell to continue this matter to August 23, 2017. Seconded by Vice Chair Nancy Derham. VOTE: Motion passed unanimously. 3. 55 Rogers Street Architecture and Site Application S-17-008 Requesting approval to demolish a pre-1941 single-family residence on property zoned R-1:20. APN 529-33-003. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Tri Ton PROJECT PLANNER: Sean Mullin Opened and closed Public Comment. Commissioners discussed the matter. MOTION: Motion by Chair Leonard Pacheco to approve the request. Seconded by Committee Member Thomas O’Donnell. VOTE: Motion passed unanimously. 4. 223 Massol Avenue Requesting approval to remove a pre-1941 property from the Historic Resources Inventory and a recommendation for a minor residential development on a non- contributing single-family home in the Almond Grove Historic District on property zoned R1-D:LHP. APN 510-16-020. PROPERTY OWNER: Vladimir Kanevsky APPLICANT: Sandra Paim PROJECT PLANNER: Sean Mullin Opened and closed Public Comment. Commissioners discussed the matter. MOTION: Motion by Committee Member Thomas O’Donnell to deny the request to the remove 223 Massol Avenue from the Historic Resources Inventory and continue the discussion of the minor residential development to August 23, 2017. Seconded by Committee Member Matthew Hudes.
