The Historic Preservation Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Regular Meeting on
February 22, 2017 at 4:00 p.m.

MOTION: Motion by Committee Member Tom O’Donnell to approve the Consent
Items. Seconded by Committee Member Robert Cowan.

Requesting approval for exterior modifications (awnings) to a historic commercial

-Expressed opposition to the proposed project at 201 – 225 Los Gatos-Saratoga Road. One side
of the project shares a property line with the Almond Grove District and the Historic
Preservation Committee should be concerned with this project moving forward.
