The Historic Preservation Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Regular Meeting on
January 25, 2017 at 4:00 p.m.

1. Approval of Minutes - December 14, 2016
MOTION: Motion by Committee Member Tom O’Donnell to approve the adoption
of the Consent Items. Seconded by Committee Member Len Pacheco.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
2. 15820 Shady Lane
Requesting approval to remove a pre-1941 primary structure from the Historic
Resources Inventory on property zoned HR-1. APN 527-04-008.

Lane from the Historic Resources Inventory. Seconded by Committee
Member Len Pacheco.

Member Derham as Vice Chair. Seconded by Committee Member Tom
O’Donnell.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
