COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR NOVEMBER 9, 2016 HELD IN THE
TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 110 E MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 4:00 P.M. by Chair Bob Cowan.

Members Present: Bob Cowan, Kathryn Janoff, Michael Kane, Len Pacheco, Tom O’Donnell
Members Absent: None
Staff Present: Joel Paulson, Community Development Director
Sally Zarnowitz, Planning Manager

VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS – NONE
1. Approval of Minutes – September 28, 2016
MOTION: Len Pacheco moved to approve the minutes of September 28, 2016. The motion
was seconded by Kathryn Janoff.
VOTE: Motion passes 5-0.
2. 441 University Avenue
Requesting approval to remove a pre-1941 property from the Historic Resources
Inventory for property zoned R-1D. APN 529-07-034.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Carol Musser
PROJECT PLANNER: Erin Walters
MOTION: Len Pacheco moved to approve the request to remove 441 University from the
Historic Resources Inventory. The motion was seconded by Michael Kane.
VOTE: Motion passes 4-1, Kathryn Janoff – nay.
OTHER BUSINESS
