My understanding was that it was denied for lack of continuity with the existing house specifically and the neighborhood in general. The architect had not drawn all of the house elevations for the original approved submittal. Therefore those elevations were not available to you. In fact, there is a bay window on the front of the home with a picture window in the center section of the bay. We are requesting that the rear bay match this bay. I have included pictures of 136 Tait showing this front elevation, and al so several front elevations of like homes on the same block . With this new information at your di sposal , we are asking that yo u reconsider your previous decision and approve this request for a picture window in the center of this bay.
