JUNE 27, 2018
The Historic Preservation Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Regular Meeting on
June 27, 2018, at 4:00 p.m.

MOTION: Motion by Committee Member Thomas O’Donnell to approve the
consent items. Seconded by Committee Member Leonard Pacheco.

Minor Development in a Historic District Application HS-18-019
Requesting modified approval for additional exterior alterations to a contributing single-

Requesting recommendation for removal and replacement of in kind exterior shingle
