The Historic Preservation Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Regular Meeting on
August 23, 2017 at 4:00 p .m.

MOTION: Motion by Committee Member Thomas O'Donnell to approve the
Minutes of July 26, 2017 . Seconded by Committee Member Robert
Cowan.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.

Minor Residential Development Application MR-17-008
Requesting a recommendation for a second story addition on a pre-1941 single-family
residence on property zoned R-1:8. APN 532-07-061.
