SUMMARY MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION
COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR DECEMBER 14, 2016 HELD IN
THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS , ll 0 E MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.
The meeting was called to order at 4:00P.M. by Chair Bob Cowan.

VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS-NONE
1. Approval of Minutes -November 9, 2016
MOTION: Len Pacheco moved to approve the minutes ofNovember 9, 2016 . The motion
was seconded by Tom O 'Donnell.
VOTE: Motion passes 5-0.
2. 17250 Pine Avenue
Requesting approval to remove a pre-1941 property from the Historic Resources
Inventory for property zoned R-1 :20. APN 529-21-044.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Alberto Way Holdings, LLC
PROJECT PLANNER: Erin Walters
MOTION: L en Pacheco moved to approve the request to remove 17250 Pine Avenue from
the Historic Resources Inventory. The motion was seconded by Mi chael Kane.
VOTE: Motion passes 5-0.
OTHER BUSINESS
3. Election of the Chair and Vice Chair
