FEBRUARY 11, 2020
The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Regular Meeting on
February 11, 2020, at 10:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL

Committee members recited the Pledge of Allegiance. The audience was invited to participate.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. 18 and 20 Dittos Lane
Architecture and Site Application S-19-029
Subdivision Application M-19-010
Requesting approval for a lot line adjustment between two lots, subdivision of one lot into
three lots, and construction of two single-family residences on property zoned R1-D. APNs
529-29-034 and 529-29-035.

PROJECT PLANNER: Jocelyn Shoopman
Jocelyn Shoopman, Associate Planner, presented the staff report; and
Arn Andrews, Assistant Town Manager, was available to answer questions.

- They were present to express support for the project.
Frank Saselli
- He was representing a neighbor. He wanted to know if access to the site would be closed
off, who would own the property, who would be responsible for weed abatement, and how
many residents would generally be living in the dwellings.

Committee members discussed the matter.
MOTION: Motion by Mike Weisz to approve. Seconded by Katherine Baker.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
