The audience was invited to participate. VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS - None PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. 9 N. Santa Cruz Avenue Conditional Use Permit Application U-19-009 Requesting approval of modifications to an existing Conditional Use Permit including expanded hours of operation in an existing restaurant with beer and wine service (Pizza My Heart) for property zoned C-2:LHP. APN 510-44-077. PROPERTY OWNER: La Canada Investments LLC APPLICANT: Chuck Hammers PROJECT PLANNER: Jocelyn Shoopman Jocelyn Shoopman, Associate Planner, presented the staff report.
