The audience was invited to participate. VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS - None PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. 14595 Clearview Drive Architecture and Site Application S-19-035 Requesting approval for site improvements requiring a grading permit on property zoned RC. APNs 409-18-008 and 409-31-001. APN 527-09-032. PROPERTY OWNER: Mike & Tracey Wookey APPLICANT: David Fox PROJECT PLANNER: Ryan Safty Ryan Safty, Associate Planner, presented the staff report. Opened Public Comment. Michelle Maybury (15675 Gum Tree Lane) – They live downhill from the neighbors and are concerned with the location of the future pool and pool equipment. Specifically, they are concerned with the noise and visual impact of the pool and pool equipment. She felt that the proposed fence and landscaping screening was not adequate and requested additional trees to help mitigate her concerns. She also requested that the pool equipment be moved closer to the pool, further away from her bedroom. David Fox (applicant) - Responded that the future pool equipment was designed in this location for accessibility along the driveway. Mr. Fox explained that they anticipate adding a fencing, landscaping and sound proofing measures to address the neighbor’s concerns. Closed Public Comment. Committee members discussed the matter.
