The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Regular Meeting on
September 24, 2019, at 10:00 a.m.

Requesting approval for technical demolition of an existing single-family residence and
construction of a new single-family residence with reduced setbacks on nonconforming

MOTION: Motion by Mike Weisz to approve. Seconded by Katherine Baker.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
