The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Regular Meeting on
August 27, 2019, at 10:00 a.m.

Committee members recited the Pledge of Allegiance. The audience was invited to participate.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. 51 College Avenue
Architecture and Site Application S-19-031
Requesting approval for site improvements requiring a grading permit on property
zoned R1-D. APN 529-29-060.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Jared and Emma Ajlouny
PROJECT PLANNER: Erin Walters
Erin Walters presented the staff report.
Opened Public Comment.
Jeff Dosier
- He has lived at 71 College Avenue for 19 years. In 2011, he had to replace his retaining wall.
The neighbors on the streets want to save the integrity of the hill. He supports moving
forward to protect the integrity of the hill.

MOTION: Motion by Robert Gray to approve. Seconded by Katherine Baker.
