VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS - None PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. 145 W. Main Street Conditional Use Permit Application U-19-007 Requesting approval of modifications to an existing Conditional Use Permit for alcohol service and expanded hours of operation in an existing restaurant on property zoned C-2:LHP. APN 529-01-032. PROPERTY OWNER: David S. Wilson APPLICANT: Mike Williams PROJECT PLANNER: Erin Walters Erin Walters, Associate Planner, presented the staff report. Opened and closed Public Comment. PROPERTY OWNER: James Townsend APPLICANT: Frank Rosenblum PROJECT PLANNER: Maria Chavarin Maria Chavarin, Planning Technician, presented the staff report. Opened Public Comment. James Townsend, the owner, and Frank Rosenblum, the applicant - The project proposes upgrades to the paving, accessibility, and recycling containers. Closed Public Comment. Committee members discussed the matter. MOTION: Motion by Robert Gray to move forward as Building permit. Seconded by Katherine Baker. VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
