The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Regular Meeting on
July 2, 2019, at 10:00 a.m.

Requesting approval of modifications to an existing Conditional Use Permit for alcohol
service and expanded hours of operation in an existing restaurant on property zoned
C-2:LHP. APN 529-01-032.

MOTION: Motion by Kevin Bagley to approve. Seconded by Robert Gray.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.

Requesting approval for parking lot improvements (7-Eleven) on property zoned C-1.

MOTION: Motion by Robert Gray to move forward as Building permit. Seconded by
Katherine Baker.
