VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS - None PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. 346 N. Santa Cruz Avenue Conditional Use Permit Application U-19-004 Requesting approval of a modification to an existing Conditional Use Permit to allow increased hours of operation in an existing tasting room (Left Bend) on property zoned C-2. APN 529-04- 043. PROPERTY OWNER: Linda Pond, Pond Family Trust APPLICANT: Rockwood Design Assoc., Inc. PROJECT PLANNER: Azhar Khan Azhar Khan, Assistant Planner, presented the staff report. Opened Public Comment. Applicant – He asked that the request to allow beer service at special events be removed, and that the existing condition of approval prohibiting sales of beer remain. Closed Public Comment. Committee members discussed the matter. MOTION: Motion by Kevin Bagley to approve the request to allow increased hours of operation and remove the limitation on seating. Seconded by Katherine Baker. VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
