The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Regular Meeting on
April 16, 2019, at 10:00 a.m.

Architecture and Site Application S-18-019
Requesting approval for demolition of an existing single-family residence and construction of a
new single-family residence on property zoned R-1:20. APN 529-34-043.
PROPERTY OWNER: David Ginsburg and Marie Hattar
APPLICANT: Noel Cross
PROJECT PLANNER: Erin Walters
Erin Walters, Associate Planner, presented the staff report.

- Wanted confirmation that the project does not propose any changes to ingress/egress to
the Kimball Avenue property where she resides

MOTION: Motion by Robert Gray to approve. Seconded by Katherine Baker.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
