The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Regular Meeting on
April 9, 2019, at 10:00 a.m.

Architecture & Site Application S-19-014 (Time Extension)
Requesting approval for a time extension of an approved Architecture and Site Application for
exterior modifications to a commercial building on property zoned C-1. APN 529-27-018.
PROPERTY OWNER: David Wilson
APPLICANT: John Lien
PROJECT PLANNER: Azhar Khan
Azhar Khan, Assistant Planner, presented the staff report.
Opened and closed Public Comment.
Committee members discussed the matter.
MOTION: Motion by Katherine Baker to approve. Seconded by Robert Gray.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
