VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS - None PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. 15630 Los Gatos-Almaden Subdivision Application M-18-006 Architecture and Site Applications S-18-035 & S-18-036 Requesting approval for subdivision of one lot into two lots, demolition of a single-family residence, construction of two single-family residences, and removal of a large protected tree on property zoned R-1:8. APN 523-33-001. PROPERTY OWNERS/APPLICANT: DBI Construction PROJECT PLANNER: Ryan Safty Ryan Safty, Associate Planner, presented the staff report. Opened and closed Public Comment.
