The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Regular Meeting on
February 19, 2019, at 10:00 a.m.

Architecture and Site Application S-18-045
Requesting approval for demolition of an existing single-family residence and
construction of a new single-family residence on property zoned R-1:8.

Jennifer Armer, Senior Planner, presented the staff report.

Steve Swanson
- He expressed concern about the number of people currently living in the existing
residence, as communicated in August 2017.

- Concurred with Mr. Swanson, expressing concerns about the proposed below grade square
footage.

- Noted that the new residence is designed for use as a single-family residence.

Committee members discussed the matter.
MOTION: Motion by Katherine Baker to approve. Seconded by Robert Gray.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
