PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Sally Zarnowitz led the Pledge of Allegiance. VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS - None PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. 57 Los Gatos-Saratoga Road Conditional Use Permit Application U-18-017 Requesting approval of a modification to an existing Conditional Use Permit to allow increased hours of operation for an existing restaurant with alcohol service (Grill 57) on property zoned CH:PD. APN 529-23-007. PROPERTY OWNER: W. Leslie Pelio APPLICANT: Alice Southwell PROJECT PLANNER: Sean Mullin Sean Mullin, Associate Manager, presented the staff report. Opened and closed Public Comment.
