The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Regular Meeting on
November 27, 2018, at 10:00 a.m.

Conditional Use Permit Application U-18-021
Requesting approval of a modification to an existing Conditional Use Permit to allow
the sale of alcohol and increased hours of operation for an existing restaurant
(Rootstock Wine Bar) on property zoned C-2. APN 510-17-091.

Erin Walters, Associate Planner, presented the staff report.
Opened and closed Public Comment.
Committee members discussed the matter.
MOTION: Motion by Kevin Bagley to Approve. Seconded by Katherine Baker.
