PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Robert Gray led the Pledge of Allegiance. VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS - None PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. 75 Mariposa Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-18-044 Requesting approval for demolition of an existing single-family residence and construction of a new single-family residence on property zoned R-1:8. APN 410-13-009. PROPERTY OWNER: Silicon Valley Property Ventures LLC APPLICANT: Chris Spaulding PLANNER: Ryan Safty Ryan Safty, Associate Planner, presented the report. Opened Public Comment. Committee members discussed the matter. MOTION: Motion by Kevin Bagley to Approve. Seconded by Kathy Baker. VOTE: Motion passed Unanimously. 2. 76 Alpine Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-18-014 Requesting approval for demolition of an existing single-family residence, two accessory dwelling units, and one accessory structure; and construction of a new single-family residence on property zoned R-1:20.
