The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Regular Meeting on
October 30, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.

Requesting approval for demolition of an existing single-family residence and

- Responded to neighbor privacy concerns by raising sill of windows
- Softened two-story front façade by increasing front porch to break-up two-story stair
element
- Balanced multiple comments from neighbors
- Added planting strip along driveway
- Changed to tile roof in response to neighbor comments

- Front setback is consistent with neighbors, for both first and second floors

Committee members discussed the matter.
MOTION: Motion by Kevin Bagley to Approve. Seconded by Kathy Baker.
VOTE: Motion passed Unanimously.

Architecture and Site Application S-18-014
Requesting approval for demolition of an existing single-family residence, two accessory
dwelling units, and one accessory structure; and construction of a new single-family
residence on property zoned R-1:20. APN 529-37-008.
