PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Sally Zarnowitz led the Pledge of Allegiance. VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS - None PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. 143 E. Main Street Architecture and Site Application S-18-047 Requesting approval for exterior alterations to an existing commercial building on property zoned C-2. APN 529-28-002. PROPERTY OWNER: Sridhar Equities, Inc. APPLICANT: MBA Architects PLANNER: Sean Mullin Sean Mullin, Associate Planner, presented the staff report. Opened and closed Public Comment. Committee members discussed the matter. MOTION: Motion by Tracy Staiger to approve the request. Seconded by Mike Weisz. VOTE: Motion passed 3-0. Carol Geldman - She is concerned about the condition of the culvert and roadway on Bond Court, and potential for off-site runoff from the project. Closed Public Comment.
