The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Regular Meeting on
June 19, 2018 at 10:00 a.m .

Architecture & Site Application S-18-037 (Time Extension)
Requesting approval for a time extension of an approved Architecture and Site
Application for demolition of an existing single-family residence and construction of a
new single-family residence on property zoned R-1:8. APN 532-29-092.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: KA Residential LLC
PROJECT PLANNER: Erin Walters
Erin Walters, Associate Planner, presented the staff report.
Opened Public Comment.
Cynthia Buse
She is concerned about the size of the house, and extending the permit for another year.
The developer hasn't been cooperative and she has been in a civil dispute with him over an
egress easement.
Closed Public Comment.
Committee members discussed the matter.
