The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Regular Meeting on
September 19, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.

Motion by Tracy Staiger to approve with the condition that the AC unit
be installed between the house and the west side property line; and with
the applicant agreeing to keep the property owner at 246 Loma Alta
Avenue updated on the project's construction schedule. Seconded by
Mike Weisz.
Motion passed unanimously.
