The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Regular Meeting on
July 11, 2017 at 10:00 a.m .

Michael Machado led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Requesting approval to demolish an existing single-family residence, construct a new single-
family residence , and remove a large protected tree on property zoned HR-1. APN 527-04-008.

Jocelyn Puga , Associate Planner, presented the staff report.
Opened Public Comment.

Stated that information has been provided that shows visibility is not an issue and the
proposed home meets the Town's cellar policy.

Had questions about fence height ex ception, sport court location, and revised plans.
