PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Michael Machado led the Pledge of Allegiance . VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS None PUBLIC HEARINGS 1 . 234 Hernandez Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-17-010 Requesting approval for enclosure of an existing 450-square foot covered patio, exceeding the maximum allowable floor area ratio on property zoned R-1:12. APNs 510- 54-025 and -026. PROPERTY OWNERS : Joan and Charles Leeming APPLICANT: Tony Jeans PROJECT PLANNER : Azhar Khan Azhar Khan, Assistant Planner, presented the staff report . Opened and closed Public Comment. Committee members discussed the matter. MOTION: VOTE: Motion by Tracy Staiger to approve the application. Seconded by Kevin Bagley .
