ROLL CA LL Present: Sally Zarnowitz, Michael Machado, Mike Weisz, Tracy Staiger MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 10:00 A.M. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Michael Machado led the Pledge of Allegiance. VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS None PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. 44 Chester Street Architecture and Site Application S-16-067 Requesting approval to demolish an existing single-family residence and construct a new single- family residence on a property zoned R-lD. APN 529-08-003 . PROPERTY OWNER : Mark DeMattei APPLICANT: Steven W. Plyler PROJECT PLANNER : Jennifer Armer Jennifer Armer, Associate Planner, presented the staff report. Opened Public Comment. Robert Gionfriddo Expressed his support for the project and stated that the neighborhood is evolving. Closed Public Comment. Committee members discussed the matter. John Fister Suggested pruning the trees to help preserve the view. He also expressed concerns about the contactors abiding to the noise levels during construction hours.
