The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. by Chair Machado.

Requesting approval to demolish an existing si n gle-famil y residence and to
construct a new single-family residence on property zo ned R-1 :20. APN 407-08-
032.

The project is Categoricall y Exempt pursuant to the adopted Guidelines for the Implementation of
the California Environmental Quality Act, Section 15303 : New Construction or Conversion of Small
Structures.

The project is in compliance with the Residential Design Guidelines for single-family homes.
CONSIDERATIONS
Required considerations in review of applications:
As required by Section 29 .20.150 of the Town Code, the considerations in review of an architecture
and site application were all made in reviewing this project.
7. Ryan Do seconded, motion passed unanimously.
8. Appeal rights were cited.
ITEM 2: 16709 Marchmont Drive
Architecture and Site Application S-16-029
Requesting approval to construct a new two-story single-family home on a vacant
property pre-zoned R-1 :8. APN 532-09-044.

meeting of August 2, 2016 , to allow for coordination with neighbors regarding landscape
screening conditions.
