The meeting was called to order at 10:02 a.m. by Chair Ma chado.

Joann e Chay ut was concerned a bout th e dead tree on the rear of the pro perty line . The
applicant repli ed stating tha t the project will include the remo val of the dead tree .

Required compliance with Hillside Development Standards & Guidelines:
The project is in compliance with the Hillside Development Standards and Guidelines for single-
family residences in the Hillside Area.
CONSIDERATIONS
Required considerations in review of Architecture & Site applications:
As required by Section 29.20.150 of the Town Code, the considerations in review of an
Architecture and Site application were all made in reviewing this project.
7. Doug Harding seconded, motion passed unanimously.
8. Appeal rights were cited .
