The meeting was called to order at 1 0:02 a.m. by Chair Machado. ATTENDANCE Members Present: Doug Harding, Fire Department Michael Machado , Building qfficial Mike Weisz, Associate Civil Engineer Ryan Do, Assistant Civil Engineer Erin Walters , Associate Planner PUBLIC HEARINGS ITEM 1: 15965 and 15991 Los Gatos Boulevard Architecture and Site Application S-15-065 Requesting approval for minor exterior modifications to commercial buildings on properties zoned CH:PD. APNs 529-65-027 and -028 . PROPERTY OWNER: Linda L. Lester APPLICANT: Christine Laing c/o Gensler PROJECT PLANNER: Erin Walters 1. Chair Machado opened the public hearing. 2. Staff gave report on proposed project. 3. Applicant was introduced. 4. Members of the public were not present. 5. Public hearing closed. 6. Doug Harding moved to approve the application subject to the conditions presented with the following findings and considerations: FINDINGS Required imding for CEQA: • The project is Categorically Exempt pursuant to the adopted Guidelines for the Implementation ofthe California Environmental Quality Act, Section 15301: Existing Facilities. Required compliance with the Commercial Design Guidelines: • The project is in compliance with the Commercial Design Guidelines. DRC Minutes November 3 , 2015 Page 2 CONSIDERATIONS Required considerations in review of Architecture & Site applications: • As required by Section 29.20 .150 of the Town Code, the considerations in review of an Architecture and Site application were all made in reviewing this project. 7 . Mike Weisz seconded, motion passed unanimously. 8. Appeal rights were cited. OTHER BUSINESS Item 2: 464 N.
