SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR MARCH 13, 2007 HELD IN THE TOWN
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 AM. by Chair Baily.

Fletcher Parsons, Associate Engineer

Architectural and Site Application S-07-046
Installation of an awning on a commercial building on property zoned C-2.
APN 529-03-062
PROPERTY OWNER: Kathyrn Groen
APPLICANT:Zebra Awning/Chrstianne Spell
1. Project Representative was not present.
2 Application was deemed complete.
3. Parsons moved to approve the application subject to conditions with the following findings
and considerations:
(a) The application is Categorically Exempt from CEQA, Section 15301.
(b) The project is in compliance with the Town's Commercial Design Guidelines.
(c) As required by Section 29.20.150 of the Town Code for Architecture and Site
applications the considerations were all made in reviewing this application.
4. Hokanson seconded, motion passes unanimously. Appeal rights were cited.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:15 A.M. The next regularly
scheduled meeting of the Development Review Committee is
the following Tuesday.
