COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR NOVEMBER 21, 2006 HELD IN THE TOWN

The meeting was called to order at 9:05 AM. by Chair Paulson.

Subdivision Application M-06-09
Requesting approval of a three lot subdivision on property zoned R-1:20.

3. Applicant was introduced.
4. Members of the public were present:
Mary K. Osborn - Spoke about tree removal, lighting in trees, ivy removal, owls,
and ex isti ng fenci ng.
Charles Tripp - Spoke about parcel configuration of Parcel 2 and drainage.
5. Public hearing closed.
6. Parsons moved to approve the application subject to the conditions presented with the following
findings and considerations:
(a)The application is Categorically Exempt from CEQA, Section 15315.
(b)As required by the Subdivision Map Act for approval of the proposed parcel map, none of
the required findings for denial were made.

Requesting approval to modify an existing gas station canopy on property zoned C-1.

PROPERTY OWNER: Steve Vansielle
APPLICANT: Brian Campbell
Application was deemed complete. Ghiossi moved to approve the application subject to the
conditions presented with the following findings and considerations:
(a)That the proposed project is categorically exempt, pursuant to Section 15301 of the
California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines.
(b)That the project meets the Town of Los Gatos Commercial Design Guidelines.
(c)That the considerations required by Section 29.20.150 of the Town Code were all made
in reviewing this application.
Hokanson seconded, motion passed unanimously. Appeal rights were cited.
