APN 424-07-060. PROPERTY OWNER: ConocoPhillips APPLICANT: RHL Design/Mark Graff Application was deemed complete. Ghiossi moved to approve the application subject to the conditions presented with the following findings and considerations: a.The proposed Architecture and Site application is Categorically Exempt, pursuant to Section 15301 of the California Environmental Quality Act; and b.The considerations required by Sec. 29.20.150 of the Town Code were all made in reviewing this application. Parsons seconded, motion passed unanimously. Appeal rights were cited. APN 527-56-034 PROPERTY OWNER: Kevin and Susanne Hereford APPLICANT: Terry Martin Associates Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to Development Review Committee.
