APN 529-26-022. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Tim Blackwell ITEM 2:970 University Avenue Architecture and Site Application S-06-060 Requesting approval for minor exterior changes to an existing commercial building on property zoned CM. Parsons moved to approve the application subject to the conditions presented with the following findings and considerations: The project is Categorically Exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section 15301 of the State Environmental Guidelines as adopted by the Town. The project is in compliance with the Commercial Design Guidelines. ITEM 3:14880 Los Gatos Blvd. Subdivision Application M-06-06 Requesting approval of a subdivision for seven residential condominiums and up to eight office condominiums on property zoned CH:PD.. APN 424-10-079. PROPERTY OWNER: Cupertino Development APPLICANT: JMH Weiss Inc 1. Chair Paulson opene d the p ubli c heari ng. 2. Staff gave report on proposed project. 3. Applicant was introduced. 4. Members of the public were not present. 5. Public hearing closed. 6. Parsons moved to approve the application subject to the conditions presented with the following findings and considerations: A Mitigated Negative Declaration and corresponding Mitigation Monitoring Plan were prepared for the project and were adopted by the by the Town Council on July 2, 2001. No further environmental review is required for the current application.
