Requesting approval of a two lot subdivision, approval to relocate the existing pre-1941
single family residence on the new lot with an addition and to construct a new si ngle
family residence on the newly created lot on property zoned R-1D. APN 529-26-022.

following findings and considerations:
The project is Categorically Exempt from environmental review pursuant to Section
15301 of the State Environmental Guidelines as adopted by the Town.
The project is in compliance with the Commercial Design Guidelines.
As required by Section 29.20.150 of the Town Code, the considerations in review of an
architecture and site application were all made in reviewing this project.

Requesting approval of a subdivision for seven residential condominiums and up to eight

6. Parsons moved to approve the application subject to the conditions presented with the
following findings and considerations:
A Mitigated Negative Declaration and corresponding Mitigation Monitoring Plan were
prepared for the project and were adopted by the by the Town Council on July 2, 2001.
No further environmental review is required for the current application.
The Development Review Committee has determined that none of the findings required
by Section 66474 of the State Subdivision Map Act can be made, therefore, the tentative
map application may be approved.
