Requesting approval of an addition to a single family residence on property zoned HR-1.

6. Ghiossi moved to approve the application subject to the conditions presented with the
following findings and considerations:
a)That the proposed Architecture and Site application is Categorically Exempt, pursuant
to Section 15301 of the California Environmental Quality Act; and
b)The considerations required by Sec. 29.20.150 of the Town Code were all made in
reviewing this application.
7.Linney seconded, motion passed unanimously.
8.Appeal rights were cited.

Requesting approval for exterior alterations to a commercial building (Cultured Nails)

b)The considerations required by Sec. 29.20.150 of the Town Code were all made in
reviewing this application; and
c) That the work proposed is consistent with the Redevelopment Plan for the Central Los
Gatos Redevelopment Project Area (Section IV.B) and that it meets the use set forth in
the Town's General Plan.
