SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR NOVEMBER 1, 2005 HELD IN THE TOWN
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:10 A.M. by Chair Paulson.

Architecture and Site Application S-06-23
Requesting approval to make exterior changes to a commercial building on property
zoned C-2. APN 529-29-049.

6. Parsons moved to approve the application subject to the conditions presented with the following
findings and considerations:
a.The proposed Architecture and Site application is Categorically Exempt, pursuant to
Section 15301 of the California Environmental Quality Act; and
b.As requ ir ed by S ection 29.20.150 of the Town Code for Architecture and Site
applications. The considerations required by Sec. 29.20.150 of the Town Code were all
made in reviewing this application; and
c. That the work proposed is consistent with the Redevelopment Plan for the Central Los
Gatos Redevelopment Project Area (Section IV.B) and that it meets the use set forth in
the Town's General Plan.
