ATTENDANCE Members Present: Joel Paulson, Associate Planner Judie Gilli, Assistant Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Anthony Ghiossi, Senior Building Inspector Fletcher Parsons, Associate Engineer Vu Nguyen, Assistant Planner PUBLIC HEARING ITEM 1:66 E. Main Street Architecture and Site Application S-06-23 Requesting approval to make exterior changes to a commercial building on property zoned C-2. APN 529-29-049. PROPERTY OWNER: Al and Marilyn Friesen APPLICANT: Bentley Silicon Valley 1. Chair Paulson opene d the p ubli c heari ng. 2. Staff gave report on proposed project. 3. Applicant was introduced 4. Members of the public were not present. 5. Public hearing closed. 6. Parsons moved to approve the application subject to the conditions presented with the following findings and considerations: a.The proposed Architecture and Site application is Categorically Exempt, pursuant to Section 15301 of the California Environmental Quality Act; and b.As requ ir ed by S ection 29.20.150 of the Town Code for Architecture and Site applications. The considerations required by Sec. 29.20.150 of the Town Code were all made in reviewing this application; and c. That the work proposed is consistent with the Redevelopment Plan for the Central Los Gatos Redevelopment Project Area (Section IV.B) and that it meets the use set forth in the Town's General Plan. 7.Ghiossi se co nd ed , m ot io n p as se d u na ni mo us ly. 8.Appeal rights were cited. -2- PUBLIC HEARING ITEM 2:16330 S.
