SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW
COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR AUGUST 30, 2005 HELD IN THE TOWN

Members Present:
Anthony Ghiossi, Senior Building Inspector
Julie Linney, Fire Department
Sandy Baily, Associate Planner
Vu Nguyen, Assistant Planner
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS
Ray Davis expressed concern that the Development Review Committee is making
decisions on applications. He stated that Los Gatos is a General Law City and is not
acting under these requirements.

Conditional Use Permit U-06-004
Architecture and Site Application S-06-009
Requesting approval to convert a single family residence to office space for the Town
Civic Center on property zoned RM:5-12.
APN 529-34-024.
PROPERTY OWNER/ APPLICANT: Town of Los Gatos
Application was deemed complete. Tentatively scheduled for the Planning
Commission meeting of September 28, 2005. Ray Davis stated that sidewalks
should be upgraded as part of this proposal since they are currently a public
nuisance.
