ATTENDANCE Members Present: Anthony Ghiossi, Senior Building Inspector Fletcher Parsons, Associate Engineer Julie Linney, Fire Department Rachel Bacola, Assistant Planner Sandy Baily, Associate Planner PUBLIC HEARING ITEM 1:210 Forrester Road Architecture and Site Application S-05-060 Requesting approval to add onto a single family residence which results in a technical demolition on property zoned HR-2 1/2. APN 537-29-002 PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: James and Stacey Steele 1. Chair Baily opene d the p ubli c heari ng. 2. Staff gave report on proposed project. 3. Applicant was introduced 4. Members of the public were present: Robert Burney, neighbor, expressed concern about how long this project has been taking and that they have been impacted with noise and construction vehicles. Burney also requested that landscape screening be provided along the southern property line between the houses. 5. Public hearing closed. 6. Ghiossi moved to approve the application subject to the conditions presented and as modified to require additional landscape screening with the following findings and considerations: (1)As required by Section 29.20.150 of the Town Code for Architecture and Site applications. The considerations required by Sec. 29.20.150 of the Town Code were all made in reviewing this application.
