ATTENDANCE Members Present: Anthony Ghiossi, Senior Building Inspector Fletcher Parsons, Associate Engineer Joel Paulson, Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Randy Tsuda, Assistant Community Development Director Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Vu Nguyen, Assistant Planner PUBLIC HEARING ITEM 1:99 Foster Road Architecture and Site Application S-05-045 Requesting approval to demolish a pre-1941 single family residence and to construct a new single family residence on property zoned HR-1. Applicant was introduced 4. Members of the public were not present. 5. Public hearing closed. 6. Ghiossi moved to approve the application subject to the conditions presented with the following findings and considerations: 1)That the proposed project is categorically exempt, pursuant to Section 15303 of the California Environmental Quality Act as adopted by the Town; and 2).That the existing structure does not have any historical significance, as required by Section 29.10.09030 (c) of the Town Code, for the demolition of the existing pre-1941 single family residence; and 3).As required by Section 29.10.09030 (e) of the Town Code, for the demolition of the existing pre-1941 single family residence; and 4).That the project is in conformance with the considerations for Architecture and Site applications as set forth in Section 29.20.150 of the Zoning Ordinance; and 7.Pasons se co nd ed , m ot io n p as se d u na ni mo us ly. 8.Appeal rights were cited. -2- PUBLIC HEARING ITEM 2:144 Teresita Way Architecture and Site Application S-05-052 Requesting approval for exterior alterations to a single family residence on property zoned HR-1.
