ATTENDANCE Members Present: Anthony Ghiossi, Senior Building Inspector Fletcher Parsons, Associate Engineer Joel Paulson, Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Vu Nguyen, Assistant Planner PUBLIC HEARING ITEM 1:339 Bella Vista Avenue Subdivision Application M-05-4 Requesting approval of a Certificate of Compliance to legalize two lots on property zoned R-1:8. Members of the public were not present. 5. Public hearing closed. 6.
