SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS FOR DECEMBER 14, 2004 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110
EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Sandy Baily, Associate Planner
Judie Gilli, Assistant Planner
Julie Linney, Fire Department
Anthony Ghiossi, Senior Building Inspector
Fletcher Parsons, Associate Engineer
Rachel Bacola, Planning Technician
PUBLIC HEARING
ITEM 1: 17252 Nalor Court
Architecture and Site Application S-05-032
Requesting approval of a grading permit to construct a retaining wall on property
zoned R-1:12. APN 409-28-016.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Tom Yore
1. Chair Baily opened the public hearing.
2. Staff gave report on proposed project.
3. Applicant was introduced
4. Members of the public were not present.
5. Public hearing closed.
6. Parsons moved to approve the application subject to the conditions presented
with the following findings and considerations:
1) The project is categorically exempt, pursuant to Section 15304 of the
California Environmental Quality Act as adopted by the Town; and
2) That the project is in conformance with the considerations for
Architecture and Site applications as set forth in Section 29.20.150
of the Zoning Ordinance.
7 Linney seconded, motion passed unanimously.
8 Appeal rights were cited.

ITEM 2: 649 University Avenue
Conditional Use Permit U-04-0018
Requesting approval to install a wireless telecommunication facility on property
zoned LM. APN 529-10-085
PROPERTY OWNER: Lupe Compean
APPLICANT: Velocitel and AT&T
Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to the Development Review
Committee. Tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of January 12, 2005.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:25 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting
of the Development Review Committee is the following
