OF LOS GATOS FOR NOVEMBER 23, 2004 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110
EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE

ITEM 1: Kensington Way
Conditional Use Permit U-04-0013
Requesting approval to install a wireless telecommunication facility on property
zoned R-1:8. APN 527-48-029
PROPERTY OWNER: PG&E
APPLICANT: Metro PCS
Deemed complete pending submittal of reduced plans. Tentatively scheduled for
the Planning Commission meeting of January 12, 2005.
ITEM 2: 41 Miles Avenue
Conditional Use Permit U-05-008
Negative Declaration ND-05-01
Requesting approval to construct and operate a skate park on property zoned RC. No
significant environmental impacts have been identified as a result of this project and a
Mitigated Negative Declaration is recommended. APN 529-05-049.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Town of Los Gatos
Deemed complete. Matter scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of
December 8, 2004.
