SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS FOR OCTOBER 26, 2004 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110
EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.

Architecture and Site Application S-05-022
Requesting approval to install a temporary tent in the parking lot for
a golf cart cover on properties zoned R-1:20 and RC and prezoned R-1:12.

Deemed complete. Linney moved to approve the application subject to the conditions
repsented at the meeting with the following findings and considerations:1. The
considerations required by Sec. 29.20.150 of the Town Code were all made in
reviewing this application. 2.The application is Categorically Exempt from CEQA,
Section 15303. Parsons seconded. Motion passed unanimously. Appeal rights
cited.

Negative Declaration ND-05-02
Requesting approval to construct a private parking lot on property zoned R -1:12. No
significant environmental impacts have been identified as a result of this project, and
a Mitigated Negative Declaration is recommended. APNS 409-24-001, 002, 003.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Western Athletic Clubs, Inc.
Deemed incomplete by Planning and Engineering Divisions. Does not need to return to DRC.
Matter scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of November 10, 2004.

Requesting approval to demolish an existing office building and to construct a new
office building on property zoned O. No significant environmental impacts have

Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to DRC. Matter scheduled
