SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS FOR OCTOBER 12, 2004 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110
EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:10 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Sandy Baily, Associate Planner
Julie Linney, Fire Department
Anthony Ghiossi, Senior Building Inspector
Rachel Bacola, Planning Technician
PUBLIC HEARING
ITEM 1: 17260 Buena Vista Avenue
Architecture and Site Application S-05-019
Requesting approval to legalize a landscape wall within the public right-of-way on
property zoned R-1:8. APN 424-30-116.
PROPERTY OWNER\APPLICANT: Gregory Malley
1. Chair Baily opened the public hearing.
2. Staff gave report on proposed project.
3. Applicant was introduced
4. Members of the public were not present.
5. Public hearing closed.
6. Linney moved to approve the application subject to the conditions presented
with the following findings and considerations:
· As required by Section 29.20.150 of the Town Code for Architecture and
Site applications. The considerations required by Sec. 29.20.150 of
the Town Code were all made in reviewing this application.
· The application is Categorically Exempt from CEQA, Section 15304.
7 Ghiossi seconded, motion passed unanimously.
8 Appeal rights were cited.
ITEM 2: 20 S. Santa Cruz Avenue, Suite 208
Conditional Use Permit U-05-009
Requesting approval of a personal service business to operate a photography studio
on property zoned C-2. APN 510-45-076
PROPERTY OWNER: Park Row East Apartments Ltd
APPLICANT: Adrianne Oue
Deemed complete. Matter tentatively scheduled for the planning Commission meeting of
November 10, 2004.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:15 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting
