OF LOS GATOS FOR OCTOBER 5, 2004 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110
EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.
ATTENDANCE

Requesting approval to modify the conditional use permits for Cold Stone Creamery
and Main Street Burgers (previously Swenson’s restaurant) to increase the number of
seats and to allow outside seating in a proposed patio area on property zoned C-2.
