SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS FOR AUGUST 31, 2004 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110
EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 9:05 A.M. by Chair Suzanne Davis.
ATTENDANCE
Members Present:
Suzanne Davis, Associate Planner
Randy Tsuda, Assistant Community Development Director
Julie Linney, Fire Department
Anthony Ghiossi, Senior Building Inspector
Fletcher Parsons, Associate Engineer
PUBLIC HEARING
ITEM 1: 14300 Winchester Boulevard
Architecture & Site Application S-04-48
Requesting Architecture and Site approval to construct 290 apartments within an
approved Planned Development on property zoned CM:PD. APN 424-32-068.
PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: Sobrato Development Companies
1. Chair Davis opened the public hearing.
2. Staff gave report on proposed project.
3. Applicant was present: John Shenk, Sobrato development Companies
4. Members of the public were present: Lisa Graf, Courtside Club Manager
5. Public hearing closed.
6. Fletcher Parsons moved to approve the application subject to the conditions
presented with the following findings and considerations:
a. As required by Section 29.20.150 of the Town Code, considerations
for review of Architecture and Site applications were all made in
reviewing this application.
b. Project is consistent with the certified EIR and the second addendum
to the EIR.
7. Julie Linney seconded, motion passed unanimously.
8. Appeal rights were cited.
ADJOURNMENT Meeting adjourned at 9:35 A.M. The next regularly scheduled meeting
of the Development Review Committee is the following
Tuesday.
