ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Joel Paulson, Associate Planner Judie Gilli, Assistant Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Anthony Ghiossi, Senior Building Inspector Trish Duarte, Associate Engineer ITEM 1: 15466 Los Gatos Blvd Conditional Use Permit U-05-02 Requesting approval to operate a formula retail store on property zoned CH. APN 424-15-044 PROPERTY OWNER: Los Gatos Village Square, LTD APPLICANT: Pet Food Express, LTD Deemed complete. Matter tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of September 8, 2004. ITEM 2: 601 University Avenue Conditional Use Permit U-05-003 Requesting approval to modify an existing conditional use permit. The existing conditional use permit allows auto body and paint work. The proposed modification is to replace one shop bay with a smog diagnostic station (inspections and certifications only, no auto repair services) on properties zoned LM. APN 529-10-093. PROPERTY OWNER/APPLICANT: James Malamatenios Deemed incomplete by Planning Division. Does not need to return to the Development Review Committee.
