OF LOS GATOS FOR AUGUST 24, 2004 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110

The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.

Requesting approval to operate a formula retail store on property zoned CH. APN

PROPERTY OWNER: Los Gatos Village Square, LTD
APPLICANT: Pet Food Express, LTD
Deemed complete. Matter tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting
of September 8, 2004.
ITEM 2: 601 University Avenue
Conditional Use Permit U-05-003
Requesting approval to modify an existing conditional use permit. The existing
conditional use permit allows auto body and paint work. The proposed modification
is to replace one shop bay with a smog diagnostic station (inspections and
certifications only, no auto repair services) on properties zoned LM. APN
