The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily.

Review of building permit for parking lot improvements.
Applicant: March Development
Building permit plans were reviewed. Pursuant to Section 29.10.155(M) of the
Town Code, the Development Review Committee determined that if the number of
required parking spaces needed to be reduced to meet disabled accessibility
requirements pursuant to Title 24 requirements, this reduction would be permitted
since the public necessity for disabled-accessible parking spaces outweighs the
need for the number of required spaces.
