06-15-04 Minutes - DRC TOWN OF LOS GATOS 110 East Main Street, Los Gatos, CA 95032 (408) 354-6872 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- SUMMARY MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS FOR JUNE 15, 2004 HELD IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------- The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by Chair Baily. ATTENDANCE Members Present: Sandy Baily, Associate Planner Judie Gilli, Assistant Planner Julie Linney, Fire Department Anthony Ghiossi, Senior Building Inspector PUBLIC HEARING ITEM 1: 15520 and 15560 Shannon Heights Road Subdivision Application M-04-11 Requesting approval of a lot line adjustment between two parcels zoned HR-2½ . APNS 537-26-024 and 055. PROPERTY OWNERS/APPLICANTS: Chris Owen and Tome Steipp 1. Chair Baily opened the public hearing. 2. Staff gave report on proposed project. 3. Applicant was introduced 4. Members of the public were present: 1. Guido Spinnaze 5. Public hearing closed. 6.Linney moved to approve the application subject to the conditions presented with the following findings and considerations: a. The proposed project is consistent with the General Plan in that it preserves the quality of the personal space for the subject parcels which meets the following General Plan Goal: To preserve the quality of the personal space (yards) throughout the town. L.G2.3 b. It has been determined that this project is Categorically Exempt pursuant to Section 15305 of the State Environmental Guidelines as adopted by the Town. 7 Ghiossi seconded, motion passed unanimously. 8 Appeal rights were cited.
